Overview

Èno-dǐn Birěkhka was founded durring the late 11th century, by Glëm Zlkèdo. The establishment of Èno-dǐn Birěkhka was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Glëm Zlkèdo struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Èno-dǐn Birěkhka as a prison colony.

Èno-dǐn Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Èno-dǐn Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Èno-dǐn Birěkhka is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow paverstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Èno-dǐn Birěkhka's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The political statment focused walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Èno-dǐn Birěkhka gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Èno-dǐn Birěkhka brings to mind.
